Ryan Companies Summit

In a rapidly digitizing world, in-person interactions are more important than ever. Ryan Companies, a national builder, developer, designer, and real estate manager based in Minneapolis, Minnesota wanted to celebrate their first summit gathering in over 5 years in a big way.

Working a one-year full-time contract to help support the company through overlapping leaves in personnel, I integrated seamlessly with the in-house design and marketing team to help make the experience a success.

We leaned in heavily on the character of the gathering spot, Dallas, TX, to create a fun and engaging environment while staying true to the Ryan brand identity. Every facet of each design was considered, providing interactive and designed moments for attendees.

Flexibility was also a major consideration, and our approach to the elements allowed us to design for spontaneous arrangement decisions and to be used in more than one location to strategically prioritize spending.
